All sales on digital products are final and no exceptions.
If a client, for any reason, is unable to retrieve a digital product purchase, they must contact Disaster Cycle LCC in writing by using the form on the contact page at http://www.disastercycleband.com/contact within seven days of the purchase date. No requests after the 7 day period expires will be addressed.
